It did make Charles wonder that if they would stay alive, just how Edwin's body would handle it. He knew there would be consequences but he wasn't entirely sure what. But thankfully, that might never happen.

"I say challenge accepted, then," he smiled back, still feeling guilty about it all. "I have the best subject to practice on," he added, daring to lean in for another kiss.
